BENJAMIN PFEIFFER

Ben Pfeiffer is a music composer, producer and audio engineer specialising in the area of music composition and film scoring.

He has a passion for creating the all important and often sub-conscious emotion that music composition plays within films, no matter what genre he is faced with.

Ben’s classical music background through school studying piano, flute and involved in various vocal groups set the basis of his music theoretical knowledge.

After a career of 8 years flying around Australia, Ben ‘grounded’ himself and chose to follow his passion for audio and return to his love of music.

Through his studies at SAE, he has now developed the software skills with ProTools and Ableton to record and write his own original music, including his favourite genres like House, Chill and Soul.

Ben loves collaborating with singer-songwriters and producing their music in a way that only further complements their work.

“I love to create the right emotion and feeling with music, no matter what the genre, which is why film scoring is of particular interest to me.”
